At Sweetgrass and Sage Yoga and Wellness, our yoga classes are a sanctuary for mindful connection. Designed to nurture both body and spirit, each class invites you to engage with movement as a path to self-awareness. Through somatic principles, we encourage you to tune into your body’s sensations, fostering a deeper relationship between physical presence and mental clarity. Our yoga sessions are more than physical postures—they are a practice in connection. Connection to yourself, to the present moment, and to the community around you.


Our approach integrates gentle, intentional movements with mindful breathwork, creating a space where you can move at your own pace and honor your unique journey. Whether you are new to yoga or seeking to deepen your practice, our classes are inclusive and designed for all levels and body types. We provide everything you need, including mats, and encourage you to come as you are.

I'm excited to bring yoga to everyone, especially those new to the practice, and are beginning their yoga journey later in life.  It is never too late to start!   I became a certified yoga instructor just before my 60th birthday, and I'm dedicated to promoting health and wellness while embracing imperfection and authenticity!  Please join me for yoga, mindfulness, nature, and visits with our sweet alpacas.
