Close Alpaca Interaction - Observe From a Distance
During this immersive 1-hour experience, our friendly and knowledgeable team will introduce you to the gentle nature of our resident alpacas. You’ll have the option to interact closely with them— We will work with you and what you feel comfortable with.
For those who wish to deepen their connection, our guides will tailor the experience to your comfort level, offering opportunities to walk the alpacas in a safe, controlled setting, hand-feeding treats while feeling their luxurious fleece, we will honor your boundary. Ultimately, you'll witness their curious personalities and gentle demeanor up close.
Beyond interaction, you’ll gain insight into the fascinating process of fleece transformation. From raw, freshly sheared fiber to the intricate steps of processing, you’ll see firsthand the tools and techniques involved in turning alpaca fleece into usable material. Our fiber processing equipment will be available for viewing, offering a unique look into this craft.
Above all, we strive to create a welcoming, supportive, and enriching environment where everyone—whether new to alpacas or longtime admirers—can enjoy a meaningful connection with these remarkable animals.
